Car Seat Safety

NCPPC’s Certified Car Seat Technicians can provide parents and caregivers assistance in identifying the right car seat for your child’s age and weight as well as teach you how to secure a car seat in a vehicle.

If you are experiencing economic hardship, we may be able to provide a car seat at no cost to you. To qualify for a no cost car seat, we must verify you receive federal or state public assistance, or you meet income eligibility guidelines.

Anyone requesting a car seat at no cost must complete and sign an application for services, distribution agreement, a waiver of liability, and receive education from the Certified Technician. At the time of receipt, you must have with you the vehicle you’ll be installing the seat in, as well as the child who will be using the seat (or be in your third trimester of pregnancy).

Services are provided by the Car Seat Technician at one of our NCPPC offices. Call 315-788-8533 or contact us using the button below.
