The North Country Prenatal/Perinatal Council became incorporated in July 1988 as the first perinatal network in New York State.
We’ve come such a long way in the last thirty years-expanding our services, programs, collaborations, and partnerships that allow us to carry out our mission of strengthening the
health and well-being of every woman, every child, every family. We are proud to be a part of the North Country and honored to be trusted by so many. Our neighbors, partners, allied organizations/ agencies/ providers, and funders are some of the best.
