Healthy Families Jefferson County Celebrates Four Years
Several weeks ago, NCPPC’s Healthy Families Jefferson closed out their fourth year of partnering with families.
Their first family joined on August 30, 2017, and they are still with them today!
In the last four years, the staff has met with about more than 150 families on over 4,360 home visits! About half of these partnerships began during the mom’s pregnancy.
