NCPPC’s Perinatal and Infant Community Health Collaborative (PICHC) staff provide support, education and outreach to all parenting people before, during, and after pregnancy throughout Jefferson, Lewis and St. Lawrence Counties.

Adolescents will gain the knowledge, motivation, and skills necessary to change their behaviors in a way that will improve decision making and communication skills while reducing their risk of unintended pregnancy or contracting HIV and other sexually transmitted infections
